I would like to inform you that due to the reorganization of the Institute for Design Problems in Microelectronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, it is difficult to guarantee the success of the MES-2023 conference. Based on this, it was decided to suspend its holding this year.
As the situation becomes more clear, you will be aware about the further conference status.
