BSUIR is the only University in Belarus harmoniously combining all stages of formation engineers, master of engineering and PhD in the field of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials.

There are three specialities for formation of engineers:  "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials in electronics" (since 2009), "Micro- and Nanoelectronic Technologies and Systems", “Quantum Information Technologies”.

Master formation programs are "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials in Electronics" (since 2010) and "Solid-state Electronics, Radio-electronic Components, Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Quantum Effects Based Devices".

PhD formation programs are "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials in Electronics" (since 2010) and "Solid-state Electronics, Radio-electronic Components, Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Quantum Effects Based Devices".
