Школа молодых ученых «Актуальные проблемы полупроводниковых наносистем» будет проводиться 29 октября 2025 г. в институте физики полупроводников им. А.В. Ржанова. Оргкомитет приглашает молодых учёных, аспирантов и студентов обсудить с ведущими учёными современные проблемы физики конденсированного состояния и полупроводниковых технологий, а также представить свои результаты.
В этом году на Школе будут представлены доклады по методам формирования и практическому использованию наноразмерных частиц и слоев. Лекции прочитают ведущие ученые из ИНХ СО РАН, ИТ СО РАН, ИХКГ СО РАН, ИФП СО РАН, а также НГУ и НГТУ.
