39th International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference IVNC 2026

IVNC2026 will be organized by The Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science, and will be a four-day conference. The conference gathers all areas of vacuum electron and ion devices, including fabrication, evaluation, and application. Some keynote lectures will discuss future prospects of research and development in this field. The scientific program will include oral sessions with several invited talks, together with poster sessions. Exhibitions from manufacturers are welcome.
